Akaash is a Bachelor of Commerce (honours) graduate from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Upon graduating from UBC, Akaash obtained his CPA designation while working at KPMG. Before venturing into real estate, Akaash worked in accounting roles for various real estate companies and his most recent role was as Controller of a multinational steel corporation based in Surrey, BC. Since purchasing his first investment property at the age of 23, Akaash has been actively buying and selling real estate throughout the Lower Mainland for the past 9 years. His areas of focus include presales, investment properties, and new construction duplexes and single family homes. With his background as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), he brings superior analytical, critical thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills to his role as a licensed real estate agent. Over the past 4 years, Akaash has honed his negotiation skills and works hard to secure favourable outcomes for his clients, always prioritizing honesty and integrity as his top priority. During his free time, Akaash enjoys family outings with his wife, son, and rescue dog. He also has a keen interest in personal finance (stocks, private lending, crypto) and cars.
